As your REO team, we serve as your eyes and ears on the ground, providing accurate and timely reporting of all information pertinent to the condition and value of your assets so you can make well informed decisions. We also market and sell your REOs in the shortest amount of time for the highest amount of money possible.
We are fully staffed to handle 200 assets at a time. We are setup to provide BPOs (both interior and exterior), cash for keys and evictions, monthly reports, occupancy checks and utility management. We maintain enough capital from personal reserves, current business cash flow and lines of credit to front the money for items like utilities, initial and ongoing maintenance and even repairs. We work hard to preserve each asset and limit our client's exposure to liability.
