I am sending this recommendation for my real estate agent David Edwards. I actually worked in real estate and property management many years ago, and I must say that I have been very impressed with David's professional, courteous, attention to detail and willingness to do whatever he can on behalf of his client.
I am a single mother and work 2 jobs and have a very crazy schedule but David was able and willing to work around my schedule and meet with me when it was convenient for me, whether it was at one of my places of employment or my residence.
I was referred to David by a co-worker of mine and I could tell by my correspondence with David over the phone and via e-mail that he had the ability to do a good job for me.
David provided me with a lot of information about my property as well as values of comparable properties so I could make an informed decision about the listing price of my town home in Federal Way, as I had watched other properties in my townhouse community sit on the market for a long time without selling and was concerned about having my home listed for a long time before it sold, as I was anxious to sell once I decided to place my home on the market. David and I discussed a price that would be best to meet my needs as well as getting good offers on my home.
My home was listed on May 1, 2007 and I had a solid offer by the end of the week, and the new owner took possession of my home by the first week of June. I credited this to David's attention to detail and constant contact with myself and the agents who showed my property, the real estate signs for the company he works with which are red and white, of which red is my favorite color, the signs just stood out, the pictures he took of my home, the flyers he made for the information box, and the multiple listing for other agents. Getting a solid offer within a week of the listing confirms that it was all the way in which my home was marketed by David Edwards. I know this to be a fact, especially in light of the other properties in my townhouse community that had been listed prior to my home
being placed on the market, and when my transaction closed, those homes were still on the market, in some cases, the owners had moved out of their homes previously and still didn't have solid offers on their home, when I vacated my home.
It really pays to have a real estate agent that really listens to what you are trying to accomplish and uses all the tools available to get your property viewed by as many prospective buyers as possible and that's exactly what David did. He set up a website for me to be able to track progress of my home selling, we were able to communicate by e-mail, text messaging and phone, which allowed me
to not lose any time from my jobs. David even came and picked me up at the last minute from my job, when I called him and told him that I had a really bad headache and didn't want to drive, and he came no problem and no attitude. Now that's what I call true customer
service. David was able to give me suggestions and recommendations for my future housing needs and I know when I am ready to purchase another residence, David Edwards will be my guy and I am telling anyone and everyone I know about him, and I don't give out recommendations quickly, but I recommend David Edwards to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their property, and he is a

My husband and I recently used David Edwards as our real estate agent, both to sell our home and buy a new one closer to my husband's work. When I first met David who was taking a look at our home for a potential client of his (we had it for sale by owner) I was immediatley impressed with his personality, very warm and personable. So when our house had not sold by owner, I gave David a call and learned his plans to get our house sold and that's what he did, in 3 weeks in a declining market. I choose him over several close friends and relatives who are agents, I could tell we would be a priority. I put him to the test in buying, (I backed out of a deal already in escrow) he was very professional, and made the whole event go as smoothly as possible and got our earnest money back, and was more concerned with us getting the right house, not just any house.
